With extensive coaching experience across multiple sectors including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking, private equity, insurance, charity, technology, and professional services, I have consistently witnessed the power of coaching to drive meaningful and lasting change for individuals, teams and organisations. In addition, I design tailored business solutions centred around coaching, facilitate leadership programmes, and teach coaching as a faculty member at Henley Business School.
