About me

I have coached since 2013 and prior to that gained over 12 years of talent acquisition and people development experience.

Before working independently, I served as Coaching Director at GlaxoSmithKline, working globally across cultures and functions, leveraging coaching in various ways to drive business success.

I have extensive experience coaching senior leaders, groups and teams and designing bespoke interventions. I have managed programmes on a global scale, and facilited coaching capability programmes, including the training of new coaches.

Earlier in my career, I focussed on recruiting and developing talent, initially with Korn/Ferry International, and later by managing GSK’s global commercial talent programme for high-potential leaders.

I also undertook a secondment to Ghana, West Africa, working with an NGO to strengthen communities, research the impact of health policies, and improving access to technology.
