Coaching style

My coaching style is calm, thoughtful and authentic. Clients view me as a trusted partner.

Working together is safe and confidential, although it may not always be comfortable. I sensitively blend challenge and support to create a transformative space that enables learning, clarity and insight.

Our conversations will be natural and free-flowing and I may include a variety of different approaches, depending on how we have agreed to work together and what is emerging during the session.
