What I offer

Executive coaching

I offer coaching in many forms, but my passion is working together one-to-one. This means building a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable to explore yourself and the situation you are in. I will respond by listening deeply, sharing observations, asking questions to help you think or challenging you to look at yourself or others differently. This process is creative, deliberate and intended to help you learn. It may sometimes be uncomfortable but is always in service of finding what it is you are seeking.

The format varies, but a typical process would be 6 sessions of 90 minutes, virtually or in person.

I have worked with a wide range of people and scenarios, but frequent areas many have chosen to explore are:

Finding career direction

For anyone who is considering changing their career or is feeling lost in their current role. Our work will focus on exploring who you are now and finding your purpose, mission and identity.

In transition

This is about moving towards what you want and who you want to be, so is appropriate for anyone who is new in role or returning to work after a period of absence, such as maternity leave or illness. We can explore how to finish your previous chapter, how to orientate yourself now and gain traction, and focus on your new priorities and situation.

Being at your best

For any leader who wants to develop their existing leadership. I will encourage you to understand and build on your success to date, and explore what you need to do to evolve further into becoming the best leader you can be.

Team and group coaching

I have worked extensively with diverse groups from around the globe, with a fair proportion focusing on supporting female talent. I have noticed that working with groups is an effective way for those in similar roles or profiles to learn from each other, increase their networks to raise visibility and build their collective strength and resilience, particularly during times of change and disruption.

My experience with teams includes partnering with those in UK, Brazil, India, Austria, Poland and Hungary. I have noticed that while many teams may be clear on what they need to collectively deliver, it is often essential to explore how that will happen, so exploring what prevents as well as enables team success is often key.

Programme design and management

I have designed and managed a variety of coaching and leadership programmes, and have created numerous one-off sessions for teams. Each design is bespoke and I love creating the right intervention to bring about the desired change.

Facilitation and training

I have facilitated numerous coaching and leadership programmes in a variety of locations and cultures, including the training of new coaches in the UK and Middle East region. The majority of my experience is with FTSE100 organisations but I have also worked with the NGOs and charities.

I have been training new coaches since 2016 and as a faculty member of Henley Business School, I teach those aspiring to become the next generation of coaches.
